How is this different from a free digital business card?

Most of them are built around the card — how it looks, how you send it. This is built around what comes back: their details, tagged with where you met, in a list you can search and export. The card is the easy half. And a single person pays nothing to use it — the physical card will be a one-time buy, not a monthly fee. Ordering opens soon, and you can reserve one on this page.

I do trade fairs. Does this work at a stall?

That's the case it was built for. Tap your card on a visitor's phone and they can send their details straight back, tagged with the event, so you're not typing a stack of cards into a spreadsheet the week after. Bring your QR code too: some phones have NFC switched off, and the QR works on everything.

Do they need to install anything?

No. Your card opens in whatever browser they already have. That's the point. Anything that needs an app on their side fails at the moment you need it.

Do I need a physical card?

What if I change jobs or my phone number?

Edit your card and every link already out there updates. The tag in your wallet keeps working. It points to you, not to a job title.

What happens to the details people share with me?

They're yours, and only yours. Nobody sees your contacts but you, we don't sell or share them, and nothing is stored unless the person ticks the consent box first.
